Invitation to Bids to Supply and Deliver Audio Visual Equipment

1. The Department of information through the Ministry of Information Communications and Technology has budgeted funds under its 2026/27 financial year and intends to use part of these funds for payment of audio visual equipment. 2. The Chairperson, Internal Procurement and Disposal Committee (IPDC) now invites sealed bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures from eligible bidders to supply and deliver Audio visual equipment. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 2025 Act and Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi and is open to all interested bidders from eligible source countries. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and/or inspect the bidding documents at Procurement and Disposal Unit. A Complete set of bidding documents may be obtained upon cash payment of K10,000.00 which is non-refundable fee to the Cashier at at Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology Headquarters from 8:30 hrs to 12:00 hrs and 13:00 hrs to 15:30 hrs from Monday to Friday except public Holidays. 6. Bidding documents will be issued from the Procurement and Disposal Unit, upon production of a Receipt from Accounts Office at Ministry of Information Communications and Technology. 7. Bids should be delivered in sealed envelopes and clearly marked on top “Supply and Delivery of Audio and Visual Equipment” 10. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives, who choose to attend at the Conference Room of Ministry of Information Communications and Technology, Private Bag 310, Lilongwe, Malawi at 14.00 hours local time on Monday, the 17th August, 2026. 11. Late bids shall be rejected. Post expires at 2:00pm on Monday August 17th, 2026
