Pre-Qualification of Suppliers for the 2026/27 Financial Year

AHL Group Plc and its Subsidiary Companies, operating in all regions of the country, is inviting applications from interested suppliers/service providers to be pre-qualified/considered for the supply of various goods and services in the 2026/27 Financial Year in the following categories: Category Nature of Goods or Services Category 1 Supply of office stationery and other consumables such as plain papers, pens, pencils, files, folders, toner cartridges etc Category 2 Supply of customized stationery e.g headed paper Category 3 Supply of hardware items such as plumbing and electrical items Category 4 Supply of motor vehicle and motorbike spare-parts and other accessories Category 5 Supply and installation of telephones and extension lines Category 6 Supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) such as work suits, overalls, dustcoats, industrial boots Category 7 Supply, installation and maintenance of signages Category 8 Supply, installation and servicing of air conditioners Category 9 Supply of computers/laptops and other computer equipment and accessories Category 10 Maintenance of computers and laptops Category 11 Maintenance and servicing of printers, photocopiers and scanners Category 12 Provision of printing services Category 13 Supply of conveyor parts and other related accessories Category 14 Supply, installation and maintenance of air compressors Category 15 Supply, installation and servicing of fire-fighting equipment Category 16 Supply of beef Category 17 Supply of dressed chicken Category 18 Supply of vegetables such tomatoes, green vegetables, and onions Category 19 Supply of dry maize and beans Category 20 Supply of rice Requirements for submission Applicants must include the following documents in their applications: Valid Business Registration Certificate Contact addresses Evidence of previous contracts Certificate of Registration with relevant regulatory bodies Conditions for Application Applicants must indicate category of their interest. Applicants are allowed to express interest for not more than three sub-categories. Successful applicants shall be communicated in writing. Successful suppliers shall provide prequalified or pre-agreed prices for some goods and services for an agreed period.
