Therefore, the IPDC Chairperson is inviting sealed bids from interested registered Bidders to tender their bids for the supply and delivery of the aforementioned products to the address below: The IPDC Chairperson National Prisons Headquarters, Post Office Box 28 ZOMBA. 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with National Competitive Bidding procedure construed in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act and Regulations of the Republic of Malawi and is open to all registered Bidders 4. Complete Set of Bidding Documents in English should be purchased in cash for every lot at National Prison Headquarters, Accounts office at a non-refundable fee of K10,000.00. Please make sure that you get a receipt after payment. Take note that the documents will be available at Prison Headquarters from the date of publication of aforesaid procurement. Photocopied receipt must be attached to the filled Bidding Documents. Bids without photocopied receipt will be disqualified. 5. Every bid must be clearly marked with the number of lot applied for. 6. Closing date and time for bid submission is 08th July, 2026 at 14:00 pm. Interested bidders or their representatives are free to witness the closing and opening ceremony. 7. Late Bids will be disqualified. Post expires at 2:00pm on Wednesday July 8th, 2026
