Important
Please read these Terms carefully. They establish the rules governing access to and use of the Supplier Buyer Portal and its procurement, supplier and market intelligence services.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the Supplier Buyer Portal ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company, organisation, government entity, supplier, buyer or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or continue using restricted Platform services.
Section 2
About the Platform
The Supplier Buyer Portal is a procurement, supplier-management and supply-chain information platform designed to connect buyers, suppliers and supply chain professionals.
The Platform may provide services including:
- Publication and discovery of procurement and tender opportunities.
- Supplier registration, profiles and supplier directory services.
- Supplier due diligence and assessment tools.
- Supplier performance and risk information.
- Market assessments, pricing information and market intelligence.
- Market-event monitoring and related procurement insights.
- Supply chain and procurement job opportunities.
- Document management and verification.
- Analytics, reporting and administrative tools.
- AI-assisted analysis and report-generation functionality.
Platform features may be introduced, changed, restricted or discontinued from time to time.
Section 3
User Accounts & Registration
Some Platform features require registration. You must provide information that is accurate, current and complete when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
- Ensuring that information associated with your account remains accurate.
- Activities performed through your account where those activities result from your use or authorised access.
- Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Using your account only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
You must not share credentials in a manner that compromises Platform security or attempt to access an account belonging to another person without authorisation.
Section 4
Supplier Registration & Profiles
Suppliers may be permitted to create profiles containing company, registration, tax, contact, location, category, capability and other business information.
A supplier is responsible for ensuring that information and documents submitted through the Platform are authentic, accurate and up to date.
Supplier registration or appearance in the supplier directory does not automatically mean that the supplier has been approved, prequalified, endorsed or recommended by the Platform or by any buyer using the Platform.
Verification, approval, prequalification and due diligence statuses should be interpreted only according to the specific assessment or verification process to which they relate.
Section 5
Tender & Procurement Opportunities
The Platform may publish procurement opportunities supplied by buyers, organisations or other authorised publishers.
Users are responsible for reviewing the complete tender documentation, eligibility requirements, submission instructions, deadlines, amendments and clarifications before participating in an opportunity.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, publication of a tender on the Platform does not mean that the Platform is the procuring entity.
Tender information may be revised, extended, cancelled or otherwise amended by the responsible organisation. Users should therefore review the current version of an opportunity before making procurement decisions or submitting a response.
Registration on the Platform, downloading tender documents or expressing interest does not guarantee prequalification, contract award or any other procurement outcome.
Section 6
Supplier Documents & Verification
Suppliers may upload documents such as registration certificates, tax documents, licences, insurance records, bank information and other supporting documentation.
Documents may be reviewed, verified, flagged, approved or rejected as part of supplier registration, due diligence or procurement processes.
A verification indicator means only that the relevant verification process recorded by the Platform has been completed. It does not constitute a guarantee that a document is legally valid in every jurisdiction or that the supplier will remain compliant after the date of verification.
Suppliers remain responsible for renewing expired documents and notifying relevant users when material information changes.
Section 7
Supplier Due Diligence & Location Data
The Platform may provide tools for supplier due diligence, including site visits, checklists, findings, photographs, supplier-location information, risk classifications and assessment reports.
Where authorised, GPS coordinates or other location information may be captured to support supplier mapping or to document the location of a due diligence visit.
Due diligence information represents information available at the time of an assessment and should not be treated as a permanent guarantee of a supplier's capability, compliance, financial condition or performance.
Section 8
Artificial Intelligence & Automated Analysis
Certain Platform functionality may use artificial intelligence or automated processing to assist with supplier reports, risk analysis, summaries, market insights or other analytical tasks.
AI-generated material is intended to assist human review and decision-making. Such outputs may contain errors, omissions, incomplete information or interpretations that require verification.
AI-generated scores, narratives, summaries or risk indicators should not be treated as the sole basis for supplier rejection, contract award, disqualification or another material procurement decision. Appropriate human review should be applied.
Users remain responsible for evaluating the accuracy, relevance and appropriateness of information before relying upon it.
Section 9
Market Assessments, Pricing & Analytics
Market assessments may contain supplier quotations, historical pricing, currency conversions, market events and other procurement intelligence.
Market information is provided for analytical and procurement-planning purposes. Prices, exchange rates, supplier availability and market conditions may change after information has been recorded.
Users should therefore verify material commercial information before making purchasing, budgeting, contracting or investment decisions.
Section 10
Supply Chain Job Opportunities
The Platform may display procurement, logistics, supply-chain and related employment opportunities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Platform is not the employer or recruitment agency for opportunities advertised by third parties.
Applicants are responsible for confirming application requirements, deadlines, employer information and the authenticity of external recruitment processes.
Section 11
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in a manner that does not compromise its security, integrity or availability.
You must not:
- Submit deliberately false, fraudulent, forged or misleading supplier information.
- Impersonate another individual or organisation.
- Attempt to obtain unauthorised access to accounts, databases or administrative functions.
- Upload malware, malicious code or content designed to compromise the Platform.
- Circumvent authentication, access controls, subscription restrictions or security measures.
- Use automated tools to extract Platform data at unreasonable scale without authorisation.
- Use Platform information to facilitate fraud, corruption or other unlawful conduct.
- Interfere with the operation, performance or availability of the Platform.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights of third parties.
Section 12
Access Plans & Restricted Features
The Platform may offer different levels of access, including Basic, Premium and Enterprise plans.
Features available to an account may depend on the user's role, access plan, account status and administrative permissions.
Certain functionality may therefore be unavailable unless the relevant account has the required permission or subscription level.
Where paid services are introduced, applicable pricing, billing periods, renewal arrangements and cancellation conditions should be communicated before a user purchases the relevant service.
Section 13
Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Platform may integrate with third-party services for functionality such as mapping, exchange rates, artificial intelligence, email delivery or other services.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Availability and accuracy of third-party functionality may also depend on those service providers.
External links provided through tenders, job advertisements or supplier profiles may lead to websites that are not controlled by the Platform. Users should exercise appropriate care when accessing third-party websites.
Section 14
Intellectual Property
The Platform's software, interface, branding, layout and original Platform content may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Users retain responsibility for content and documents they upload and must have the necessary rights or authority to provide that material through the Platform.
By submitting information required to operate Platform services, you authorise its processing, storage and display to the extent reasonably necessary to provide those services and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Section 15
Accuracy, Availability & Limitation of Liability
We aim to maintain accurate and reliable Platform services, but cannot guarantee that every item of third-party information will always be complete, current or error-free.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, internet disruption, third-party service failures or other circumstances.
Users remain responsible for performing appropriate professional, commercial and legal due diligence before entering contracts, selecting suppliers, submitting tenders or relying on material procurement information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses resulting solely from reliance on third-party content or unauthorised use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Section 16
Account Suspension & Termination
Access may be restricted, suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate suspected misconduct or maintain Platform security.
Examples may include:
- Material or repeated violations of these Terms.
- Suspected fraud or deliberate submission of false information.
- Unauthorised access or attempted security breaches.
- Misuse of supplier, tender or personal information.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
- Non-payment of applicable paid services where relevant.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, reasonable steps may be taken to notify affected users.
Section 17
Privacy, Security & Audit Logs
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
The Platform may maintain security and audit records relating to administrative actions, account changes, supplier assessments, settings changes and other important Platform activity.
Audit logs help support accountability, security, troubleshooting and investigation of authorised or unauthorised activities.
Read our Privacy Policy →Section 18
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to Platform functionality, legal requirements, security practices or business operations.
When material changes are made, the updated effective date should be displayed on this page and additional notice may be provided where appropriate.
Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Section 19
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Platform operator, subject to any mandatory legal rights or requirements that apply to a particular user.
Users are encouraged to contact the Platform operator first where a dispute or concern arises so that an appropriate resolution can be explored.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a party from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Section 20
Contact Us
Questions about these Terms & Conditions can be submitted through the Platform's contact page.
